We have been shortlisted by the PMEA Awards 2020!
We are thrilled to announce that AstraZeneca have been shortlisted, working in partnership with Uptake Strategies and EY, by the Pharmaceutical Marketing Excellence Awards (PMEA) 2020, in the Excellence in Capability Development category!
The PMEA explains that in any effective organisation, training and capability development initiatives are critical to bringing about real and sustained change and value creation. Such initiatives need to be well planned, sustainable and integrated into overall direction and strategy. The PMEA Excellence in Capability Development category is intended to recognise and commend excellence in the development and implementation of these training and capability development programmes.
Our capability development programmes span the cross-functional team to deliver outstanding individual and company value, as well as business-driven results.
