Uptake’s CEO, Stephanie Hall founded Uptake in 2005 with an ambition for a different kind of healthcare consultancy. Her vision was to inspire exceptional performance by delivering bespoke solutions with integrity, boldness, and client-centricity.
Stephanie brought together a team of passionate, senior industry professionals, many of them women with deep practical industry experience gained in the world’s top pharmaceutical companies. Starting as a small company, Uptake has now been placed by Great Place to Work UK in 4th position in the medium sized category for Best Workplaces for Women 2023. Stephanie has personally ensured that despite the remarkable growth achieved, we have kept our values at the centre to ensure that our kind and easy to work with culture is ever-present as we grow.
