Inspiring inclusion

Inclusivity is important at Uptake, both as an employer to our exceptional consultancy team, and in our work with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Strong foundations

Uptake is proudly female founded, owned, and led. We are members of the largest online community of women-owned business, WeConnect International.

This has shaped our values and approach, along with our employee benefits and policies, which have been designed to be valuable for our whole team, regardless of gender or background.

International Women’s Day 2024

Uptake celebrates diversity and empowerment at all times.

International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. Each year, this day serves as a powerful reminder of the progress made towards gender equality and highlights the work that still needs to be done, and the 2024 theme of inspire inclusion emphasises the importance of diversity and empowerment in all aspects of society.

It calls for action to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create environments where all women are valued and respected. Everyone is encouraged to recognise the unique perspectives and contributions of women from all walks of life, including those from marginalised communities.
