These are structured around the needs of our clients, with a carefully curated blend of consultant knowledge, account direction and management, and project management experts. Many of our project and account managers have either begun their careers on our graduate programme, or have joined us from graduate or management positions within large pharmaceutical organisations, however we most value individuals who are able to live our values and deliver exceptional, innovative, impactful work for our clients across our key areas of expertise – on time, and on budget. We recruit from across the pharma and biotech industry, and from across a wide range of other sectors, bringing together a unique collective perspective and skill set for our international clients. Our consultants are diverse in their backgrounds, each bringing with them the ability to provide our pharma and biotech clients with skills and experience gained within pharmaceutical companies or from traditional consulting backgrounds, or with the transferable skills from other industries, expertly applied to the pharma world – for example, our group of digital and Omnichannel consultants are a unique blend of pharma and subject matter specialists. Consultant opportunities
We believe in enabling all our individuals to be just that; everyone has unique lives and associated circumstances, and we always do our best to help our team members find the right balance for them.
Our client-facing team works an average of one to two days in our UK HQ, which is based in Ascot, Berkshire, and the rest of the time can be spent working from home if preferred. Our core working hours are 10am-4pm; the rest of the working day is flexible around individual needs and clients’ time zones.
Although many of our calls and workshops are delivered virtually, we still travel regularly to our global clients to deliver training and facilitate workshops, many of whom are based across Europe and the US.
